Wow – nothing like a good neighbor.  We noticed 3 or 4 roaches last month, then another today and called Bill at NYC Pest Control to make an appointment for treatment.

On the phone I explained to Bill that we put down “Combat” roach baits 3 weeks ago, but saw another roach today and we were ready to call in the local pros.

Rather than pushing me to make an appointment, Bill advised that we give the bait another week or two to kick in (apparently it can take 3 weeks to take full effect) and also advised that we lay down a few tape strips to help us detect the extent of the problem.

I plan to repost in a week or two – either this problem is gone via the bait traps (and good honest advice) or I am calling in the pros!
