Billy is amazing!! I called super early on a Saturday and Billy immediately identified my problem as bed bugs based on the bites I described. He said I had caught the problem early – too early, in fact, for him to do anything. Billy said instead of spending money with him, I could take care of the problem myself since it was so early. He gave me very specific instructions, was specific with products and brands, and even gave me his cell should I have any other questions. And to boot, Billy is SO nice!! We had a great chat! Billy has single-handedly restored my faith in humanity – he is genuine, sincere and very knowledgeable!!
