I believe it was Billy who came to my home.  Angela was so pleasant to talk to and great about following up.  She quoted me $275 for mouse and ant treatment and then they were going to do an eval about possible termites and recommend a specialist.  When Billy arrived and noticed how I had already treated for ants, he let me know that I had done what he would have done so there was no point in me spending money with him to re-do it.  I thought that was very honorable.
He then went methodically through my home and the building to check for signs of termites and told me he saw no tell tale signs all the while explaining what he was doing and why.
Lastly, he did a safe, thorough and methodical treatment for our ongoing mouse problem taking into account my children and their safety.  He even went into my neighbor’s apartment and left mouse poison and bait there too.
I felt that this company went above and beyond to address the issues we have with pests and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.
