There are not enough good things to say about this company. Angela was prompt and professional in all communications (and believe me, I had a lot of questions). Bill was sincerely concerned and took the time to educate me re: how to control bedbugs. These are not only experienced and thorough professional exterminators but good folks. There are lots of other highly rated Yelp reviews re: companies that prey on people’s ignorance and charge outrageous prices prices for cookie cutter service. NYC Pest Control’s services are extremely effective and reasonably priced. If you have bedbug problems, call them. They get the job done quickly at a fair price plus they are kind and caring people.
